LOCATION CLEANING and SANITATION
We price these location cleaning jobs at very reasonable rates.
Pricing is determined by the size of the location to be sanitized and the condition of the space. We use a variety of methods to determine costs. Usually, a brief description of the space and perhaps a couple of photos from your locations folder is more that enough information for an accurate quote. If the location is large, has a complicated setup or has special requests form the client such as avoiding antiques or expensive artwork, we suggest a “walk-through”. There is no charge for a walk-through assessment.
Most jobs fall into our basic coverage
Basic coverage which includes 1 cleaner for up to four hours and include lite dusting, wipe down, vacuuming, sweeping, or mopping and a final electrostatic spray fogging if requested. Spray fogging requires that the area remain off limits for at least 30 minutes.
We use LIST N approved chemicals
All our cleaners are certified in the use of these chemicals and the equipment necessary, such as facial masks, to apply these chemicals correctly.
We can supply product one sheets for the chemicals we use, but can accommodate any special requests for any special requests for chemicals we do not stock.
